For Books:
Books are shipped in standard boxes via Media Mail to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Mainland.
Shipping Time but is usually under two weeks.
You can request a different shipping method by contacting Monica at mjsurrena@gmail.com. Please add “Shipping Method Request” in subject line. You will be invoiced for cost difference.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
For Books:
If your book arrives damaged, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the book has arrived in damaged condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the book back. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund or replacement minus shipping expenses.
Please note: Books that are not damaged, or return requests made after 30 days from the date of delivery, are not eligible for return or refund.
