Castillo San Felipe del Morro (El Morro) was the second fort build in Old San Juan. The construction process began in 1539 but wasn’t finished until 1790. While Google Maps can’t take you inside the fort, you can take a virtual tour of the outer grounds courtesy of Discover Puerto Rico.
The Cats of Old San Juan was originally written as a television series! While the series did not make it into production, Monica has eight of the original screenplays detailing the many adventures of Campeón and his friends, Cali and Alfie.
